Paver Installation
The core of what we do. Excavation, compacted base, laying, edge restraint and joint sand — on driveways, patios and everything between.

Scope
Pavers are the core of it — driveways, patios, pool decks, walkways and sealing. Inside, the same crew lays tile, backsplash, vinyl and laminate flooring, and takes bathrooms and kitchens down to the studs. Demolition on either side of the door.

Built for the load a car actually puts on it, graded to drain away from the house, and set out so the cuts land where they look deliberate.

Patios and pool decks, with the seat walls, fire pits and outdoor kitchens that turn a back yard into a room you use after dark.

Paths and entries with contrast borders that set the line, and stepping stones dropped level with the turf so a mower runs straight over them.

Vinyl plank and laminate over a subfloor that has actually been levelled first — which is the difference between a floor that stays quiet and one that clicks underfoot.

Large-format, mosaic, herringbone and patterned floors, set out from the room's centre line so the cuts fall at the edges and not in the middle.

Kitchen backsplashes and feature walls, scribed to the counter and finished at the outlets so no cut plate is doing the hiding.

Full bathroom remodels — demolition, waterproofing, tile, niches and benches — with the wet area flood-tested before a single tile goes on.

Kitchen floors, backsplashes and the demolition and prep behind them, sequenced so the room is out of service for days rather than weeks.

Taking out the old concrete, tile or decking — cleanly, with the debris hauled off and the site left ready for whatever goes back in.

Cleaning, re-sanding and sealing pavers you already have. It holds the joints, slows the weeds and brings the colour back without making the surface slick.

How a job runs
We measure the area, look at how the ground drains today and where the water ends up, and price the actual scope — not a range over the phone. You get it in writing, itemised.
Old surface out and hauled off, dug to depth, base compacted in lifts and graded to drain away from the house. Interior work gets the same discipline: the subfloor is levelled and checked before anything is set.
Pattern set out from a line and walked with you before we commit. Cuts made on site, edge restraint on every open side, borders laid first so the field reads straight.
Polymeric sand swept in, plate compacted, and sealed once the surface has cured. The site leaves swept and the debris goes with us the same day.

The standard
None of this is remarkable. It is simply what the work requires, and almost every hardscape complaint you will read online comes from one of the six below being skipped to win a price.
Certificates of insurance go to you before the first day, not after you think to ask for them.
The single thing cheaper quotes are cheaper for. Ours goes in compacted in lifts, and we will show it to you before it disappears under the sand.
Itemised, with the square footage and the material stated, so you can compare it against anyone else line by line.
Nothing gets built off a verbal. If the scope moves, it is written and priced before a tool comes back out.
Debris hauled the same day, the drive swept, and nothing left on the grass overnight.
A written workmanship warranty on the install, plus the manufacturer's warranty on the material transferred to you.
Before you call
Most residential driveways run three to five working days once we break ground — longer if there is concrete to demolish and haul, or if the area is large enough to need staging. Sealing happens after the surface has cured, so that is usually a separate return visit.
Not if the base is right. Settlement almost always traces back to a base that was too shallow, went in wet, or was never compacted in lifts. That is where our cost sits. And if a section ever does move, a paver surface is the one hardscape you can lift, re-level and reset without replacing the whole thing.
Sealing is optional, but it holds the joint sand in place, slows weeds and moss, and brings the colour back. In Florida sun most surfaces want it every two to three years. We use a finish that does not leave the surface slick underfoot.
Often, yes — but colour lots shift over the years and manufacturers discontinue lines, so an exact match is not always possible. If it is not, we will tell you straight and suggest a deliberate border or a contrasting field rather than a near-miss that will bother you every time you pull in.
Driveway and apron work in most Orange County municipalities needs a permit, and most HOAs want the paver, the colour and the pattern approved before anything starts. We tell you which apply to your address and file what is needed.

Square footage, what is on the ground today, and whether anything needs demolishing — that is enough for a real conversation. Photos help more than anything, so mention it below and we will ask you to send them.
