A driveway carries more weight than anything else we lay, and it is the first thing anyone sees. We dig to depth, compact the base in lifts, and set the pattern with the cuts falling where they read as intentional rather than left over.

- Excavation to depth, base compacted in lifts
- Graded so water runs away from the house and the garage slab
- Pattern laid, with the cuts set out before they are made
- Edge restraint on every open side
